Actually, I have read the business plan (which as I guess is an early stage ?)

My first impression is that I am not sure about the motivation to develop such a document. The relevance of such a work should be explained more extensively as well as for whom it will be relevant (identify the end-users). Which category of stakeholders are likely to be impacted by the CWA ? What is the added value of the project

• The project itself is well structured and clear. However, it would be easier if the dates were updated. On the other side, isn't ambitious to expect this project to be completed in 12 months ?
• What about the financing : will you ask for a grant to the Commission ?

Performance indicators :

I would remove the industry associations from the table and would keep end-users. Indeed, industry is not really relevant in such a field and we have already had difficulties to find the required percentage of industry attendance for ADNOM.

In addition, what does SME interest covers ? expert who would develop the technical infrastructure or the end users who would use it ? SME does not lead to the identification of a shareholder but to its size. So there is an overlap with the other categories in that much that SME can be end-users, developers of software or terminologists. Consequently, it is difficult to reach well defined categories and coherent percentage.
