Consensus Recommendations of the Open Brainstorming Session on Keyboards

1. The Open Brainstorming Session on Keyboards proposes the creation of a CEN/ISSS Workshop on multilingual extensions to European keyboards
2. The multilingual extensions will be aimed to allow "common users" and Public Authorities to input primarily Latin-script characters, especially in light of current and potential future legal and common educational requirements
3. The targeted participants of the Workshop will be implementers and other stakeholders, including Public Authorities and user organizations
4. A draft business plan will be presented to an open session on October 9th, 2007 in Helsinki following the CDFG meeting on the 8th
